After reading the job description I am convinced that your role requires someone like me who can fully and cost effectively exploit the use of various recruitment channels to source suitable candidates.
I have many year’s experience of providing day to day support to a HR Team, and am someone who can assist a Human Resources Manager in guiding other HR staff. My core competencies are in the fields of handling disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues. All of these are areas that your job advert stipulates a candidate should have knowledge of.
With my present employer I am specifically responsible for ensuring that the HR function is integrated into the company’s ethos. In addition to this I am also charged with answering questions from employees about their employment terms and conditions. On an average day I will deal with Absence Management, Performance Management and general HR Planning issues.
Through my career I have learnt how to keep employee information private and confidential. By working for the leading players in this industry I have obtained vast experience of how to juggle a number of HR administrative balls in the air at the same time.
