  • Writing up a straight forward employee handbook that includes a basic job description and list of expectations from an employee.
  • Monitoring employee probationary periods.
  • Advertising vacancies through various social media channels such as Twitter and Linkedin.
  • Helping to write up a list of interview questions to ask job applicants.
  • Writing up employee terms and conditions of employment.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper based employee records.
  • Providing guidance to employees on a range of employment issues.
  • Writing up sickness absence reports for senior managers.
  • Checking employee holiday entitlements.
  • Helping to organise recruitment and training events.
  • Writing up HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and employment terminations letters.
