I come to you as someone who can prepare the dining room and kitchen areas for the cooking and serving of meals in accordance with good practice. My calm demeanour means that I am able to work well under pressure and to tight time restrictions. Aside from this, my other key strength is my ability to maintain the order and cleanliness of a kitchen’s facilities up to government and company sanitation standards. I would also like to mention that through my career I have gained experience of working split shifts, including evenings and weekends.

On a personal level, I am a physically active individual who has the required energy and fitness levels to work long hours. Additionally, I have a positive attitude, oodles of enthusiasm and am prepared to be hands on and get stuck in with the team.
