From a recent advert on the Dayjob.com website, I understand that your company is going through a period of rapid expansion and is now seeking a Real Estate Agent to work within its existing team.
I am eagerly putting my name forward for this position as I believe it is a perfect fit for my experience, competencies, and future potential.
In my opinion there’s much more to selling a property than recommending an asking price.
I aim to attract the right buyer, not the first buyer and although this requires hard work, I’m prepared to put the effort into it.

In addition to this, I feel that what really sets me apart from others is my exceptional track record of achieving the highest prices for my sellers. This is something I do by micromanaging every aspect of the sales and marketing process.

At work I am part of a highly experienced team who specialise in residential and commercial property sales, lettings, and management. With my compatriots I have a reputation for being an all-rounder who can act as a go-between for buyers and sellers, in addition to this I perform a range of administrative, research and marketing tasks.
During my career I have learnt to never sit back and wait for buyers to get in touch. Instead, I actively promote a property so as to create a “buzz” and excitement around it, with the aim of generating momentum that in turn creates interest and viewings. I have always ensured my clients receive professional and good advice at all times on how to achieve the maximum return on their investments. Furthermore, as a team player I can collaborate interdepartmentally to build and maintain successful partnerships.
On a personal level I possess the resilience and determination needed to overcome challenges and reach unprecedented heights. Having superb communication skills also means that I have the confidence required to deal with people and resolves issues diplomatically.
