A committed, proven and dependable Safety Officer who can champion HSQE throughout all areas of a company’s operations. Maxine is able to spot and stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. She can drive a positive safety first culture by coaching, supporting and working with operations and support services to promote the reporting of accidents and near misses. In her current role she has a ‘hands-on approach’ to conducting safety tests and inspections, undertaking audits and developing Health & Safety policies. At work she has a reputation for investigating incidents to determine their cause. During her career she has worked at heights as well as in cramped, noisy, dirty or dangerous places and conditions. On a personal level she is approachable and responsive to the needs of her staff. As a true professional she always leads by example to show others that she takes her responsibilities seriously. Right now, she wants to join a company that has a culture big on teamwork and rewards.
