Dear Ms Graham,
A business is only as good as the people it employs, and without wishing to sound boastful I believe that I am the best candidate for your recently advertised Brand Manager vacancy. This view of mine was confirmed after I read your job description.
I come to you as an energetic, entrepreneurial and results-driven Brand Manager who has a track record of producing lean marketing structures and a results-driven team culture.
Since May 2013 I have been employed as a Brand Manager for Company A. At work I operate within a fast paced and high energy business environment that requires me to travel internationally to act as a project manager for new product launches. My other key responsibilities include defining long-term brand strategy, identifying new opportunities to improve brand performance and ensuring brand compliance.
I have a ‘roll your sleeves up’ mentality and possess strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills. Please be assured that there is nothing that I cannot or will not do to ensure that your business is a success. My key strengths include, but are not limited to;
- Applying fresh thinking and focus to iconic brands.
- Experience of working with some of the most recognisable premium brands.
- Controlling marketing expenditure within agreed budgets.
I am keen to work for a company like yours that has a reputation for making sure that all of its staff have the support and training needed to progress to the next level.
I have attached my resume with this letter, and very much hope that you will take the time to review it. I can be contacted by mobile or email and very much look forward to hearing from you as regards an interview.
Thank you for taking the time to review my application.
