As stipulated in your job description, I can do a wide range of external duties, such as; drain cleaning, leaf clearance, litter picking, bin emptying and cleaning external windows, doors and signage.
At the moment I work for ……….., where apart from my routine duties, I specialise in undertaking regular security checks and identifying security risks. I also liaise with external contractors in the monitoring of fire safety equipment and undertake regular fire drills. My duties also require me to move and carry furniture such as desks, tables, chairs and teaching equipment around buildings. Being physically fit, means I have no trouble doing this. During my career I have become an expert at undertaking site inspections within strict criteria.
On a personal level I am a determined individual who has the resilience needed to work through challenges until a positive outcome is achieved. Additionally, I will always present a friendly and professional image whilst maintaining a sense of calm no matter how busy things get. I would also like to mention that I am keen to better myself and to this end am willing to participate in further training and developmental opportunities offered by your school.
