I already possess the necessary and transferable skills needed to be an effective Hotel Operations Manager, and am a high achiever with a positive attitude who also has an outgoing personality that quickly wins people over.
During my career I have learnt how to run Bars, Reception areas, and Kitchens. I always focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere by offering guests 5 star meals, comfortable bedrooms and guest friendly staff. I can bring to the table all of the skills and experiences that you require from a candidate, in particular my ability to motivate teams to do better and my track record of consistently providing a great service of the highest standard to guests.
Aside from all of the above, I am an expert at using robust analytical rigour to frame situations, problems and opportunities in such a way that new perspectives can be found.
