I possess all of the Human Resource management competencies your advert stipulated a candidate should have, in particular I want to highlight out my ability to:

At my current place of employment I am mainly in charge of welcoming new employees to the company. This duty requires me to work with colleagues to put together induction packs, write up employment contracts and send out legal correspondence. On a typical day I will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters for all new and existing staff members.
