I come to you as an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who improves the learning of my pupils by using targeted strategies to engage and motivate them. I am an effective practitioner who has both personal impact and presence, and who can deliver outstanding lessons that help students achieve excellent academic results.
As you can also see from my attached CV I have experience of thinking strategically about classroom practice and tailoring lessons to pupils needs. I feel that the nature of my career to date and my ability to provide a nurturing classroom environment that helps pupils to develop as learners, has fully prepared me for your position. Through my work I have learnt how to put together excellent oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual pupils and groups of pupils.
I am a strong and engaging character who is able to quickly build up a good relationship with people I have just meet. Furthermore, and on a personal level I am committed to my own regular and on-going professional development, meaning that I regularly enrol on courses to keep me n top of my game.
