Your recently advertised role for an Office Administrator is attractive to someone like me who is able to keep an office efficiently run, tidy and organised.
The reason I am so keenly applying for your position is because it’s important to me that I feel like I’m making a real difference to any company that I work for. I believe that your position will give me this fulfilment and hence I’m very eager to apply for it.
You can rely on me to manage your office, look after any accounts administration, and provide general PA services to company directors. I will always be there to manage the day to day administration of your operations and to assist senior managers in all clerical matters.
Since January 2012 I have worked at the headquarters of an international company, where my core duties revolve around helping to ensure the effective running of a busy office where over 50 people work. Typical duties of mine include; collating and distributing the minutes of important meetings and of maintaining the office telephone system. During my long and successful career I have gained experience of;
- Coding, logging and monitoring office expenses, invoices and budgets
- Using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any visitors and callers to the office.
