I am an expert at listening to a client’s feedback carefully, so as to ensure that I am attuned to their likes and dislikes. For me this is essential not only for client retention but also for making sure they have a positive session.
Aside from my technical competencies, I am someone who works hard to act as a positive role model for all of my clients and work colleagues. I also consider myself a good communicator. If a client is not responding well to my style, then I am flexible enough to change my style to a method that will result in a better response from them. I am also someone who will always maintain clear business standards and will never get involved in inter-personal relationships with clients.
In my current role I train and engage with customers of all ages and abilities. The secret to mu success is my ability to change a client’s training plan by making it easier or harder depending on their progress.
