  • Participating in regularly scheduled caseload consultation with other healthcare professional regarding individual service users.

  • Ensuring the security and confidentially of records and information relating to service users and the care they receive.
  • Assisting in the evacuation of service users during fire drills and false alarms.
  • Identifying and prioritizing a service users needs as well as preferences and then building a Person Cantered Service Plan around these.
