With my previous experience in overseeing the day to day running of the office and my expertise at maintaining services by organising administrative operations and procedures, I feel I would be an ideal candidate for your opening. Since July 2012 I have been employed by Southern Distributors as an Office Manager. Here is a brief description of the principle duties I carry out; preparing payroll systems, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, ordering of all office supplies and providing expert advice to junior staff.
