  • Making sure the company has sufficient employees of the right calibre to meet its strategic ambitions.
  • Advising on salaries and reward packages in conjunction with budgetary requirements and business guidelines.

  • Deputising for the HR Manager in their absence and when required.

  • Ensuring that appraisal grading distribution is fair and appropriate.
  • Carrying out pre-employment and existing employee background checks.
  • Managing a complex casework including performance, grievance, capability and conduct issues.
  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business.
