Responsible for supporting the wider HR Team in implementing and embedding new strategies and initiatives across the organisation.


  • Constantly reviewing and updating the company’s HR policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation.

  • Conducting employee relations training.

  • Can quickly learn technical employment legislation or systems required for a specific project.
  • Proficient with IT including MS Office applications, and HR system.
