I noticed your advertisement for a Site Manager and think I would make an excellent candidate for it.
I can be the lynchpin of any construction project.
For me having a strong team means getting results. Because of this I work extra hard to ensure all my staff are properly trained and pull in the same direction. Another one of my strengths is my commercial approach to site management, which allows me to identify cost savings and understands budgetary issues.
In my current role I use my extensive experience and knowledge to problem solve and make key decisions on a daily basis. I actively supervise staff, apprentices and the work of sub-contractors on site.
Through my career I have worked from scratch on brownfield sites as well as adapted existing buildings, like old factories or disused hospitals.
As you can see from my attached CV, I am a perfectionist who will constantly inspect works to ensure that they are constructed in accordance with engineering designs, contract specifications and authority requirements.
On a personal level I have the gravitas and authority needed to give direction and delegate tasks. As a true professional, I always strive to be the best at everything I do, and have high expectations of myself, my work and others.
