I will ensure that a construction project starts on time and finishes on time.
As a hands on individual I will be part of the building process right from the very beginning. I will ensure that any newly constructed or reconfigured facilities are appropriate, person centred, environmentally safe and compliant with all legislation.
What really makes me unique though, is my ability to bring you fresh ideas and imagination on one hand, and the commercial ability to manage people, budgets and costs on the other. I can make complex issues clear and take away the hassle of running a busy building site.
Aside from my managerial competencies, I have superb people skills and am able to communicate with, manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to sub-contractors. You can rely on me to maintain effective working relationships with clients to ensure they are kept informed of the progress of projects, potential delays and critical issues that may impact costs.
In my current role I am the main on site contact for everyone. I have a well earned reputation with my colleagues for ensuring compliance on site at all times to the company’s health and safety standards, NHBC requirements and building regulations.
