I believe that without good leadership things can break down fast. Not wishing to sound boastful, I believe that I have all of the competencies that you are looking for in a candidate, chief amongst these is my ability to set targets, issue orders, give direction and provide support to staff.

In my current role I am responsible for assessing hazards, determining risks, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining safety programmes. I am always alert to new challenges and address issues as soon as they arise.
