Whilst browsing the job adverts on the Dayjob.com website, I spotted your vacancy for a Site Supervisor and was immediately attracted to it.

I can do a job with many hats and be the middle man between contractors, workers and the project manager.

I possess the drive, passion and commitment needed to deliver outstanding support to those I supervise. I lead my teams in the most effective way possible by recognizing where the strengths are and where improvements are needed.

In my current role I deal with a lot of people during the course of a day. I set clear goals and expectations from those I supervise and provide professional support, guidance and instructions to them. My other daily duties include resolving problems, ensuring quality standards are met, mediating to resolve issues and providing constructive feedback to employees.

As you can see from my attached CV, I have experience of planning of a project and continuing right through until its completion, whilst covering everything in between.

Aside from my managerial competencies, I am someone who has perfected their communication skills. I use a range of listening techniques and nonverbal strategies to improve conversations. Furthermore, as a mature individual I am willing to be held responsible for my actions.

Currently I am looking for a suitable role with a company where I will be given the freedom and support to do my job properly. With this in mind, I would be grateful if you would organise an interview for me at your earliest convenience.
