Duties;

  • Being the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team.
  • Ensuring that all candidate data is tracked on spreadsheets or ATS systems as appropriate.
  • Overseeing the preparation and distribution of interview packs.

  • Running day-to-day recruitment processes.
  • Coordinating and scheduling phone and face-to-faces interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
