How write a SAP HR CV
When applying for any job, but especially a sought after one like a SAP HR professional it’s vital to send an up-to-date CV that’s tailored to the specific role you’re going after.
A generic one size fits all document won’t do. Hiring managers get inundated with CVs that have been blandly written and are used to apply for any job. What they want to see is a document that you’ve written specifically for them and their vacancy.
The best way to do this is to carefully review the job description and make a note of the exact terminology used to describe the experiences, skills, and qualities required of an applicant. If you have these skills, then tactfully weave these into your CV so it reflects the exact requirements of the position. However, rather than just listing your past responsibilities, you have to also focus on your achievements, for instance on how you improved processes, met targets, or delivered results in your current or previous roles.
You should list each job you’ve held individually, starting with your most recent job and working backward in chronological order. Use bullet pointed sentences to describe your daily duties clearly and concisely. At a minimum include your job title, employer, key responsibilities, and dates of employment.
Pay extra attention to your current or most recent roles, as these are what potential employers are most interested in. Whilst older roles can be summarized more briefly.

This is one of the most important parts of your CV. It’s where you can really stand out and shine. That’s because skills will showcase your ability to carry out tasks and duties well. They are attributes that you will have gained through training and work experience. Employers pay close attention to the ones that match their job requirements, as they demonstrate that you can perform the role effectively.
To really make an impression you should include a mix of relevant hard and soft skills. This not only highlights you have the practical technical skills for the role but also shows that you’re a candidate who also has the personal and transferable skills needed to work as part of a team.
As always focus most on those skills the employer has stipulated that a candidate wants.
