In my current role I have developed the user journey in a positive and practical way. I have done this by building a team of specialists in each area of ecommerce and by ensuring that the company website is scalable, and has the infrastructure in place to cope with increased web traffic.

On a personal level I have a real can-do attitude along with a willingness to get my hands dirty to get a job done and make great things happen. Furthermore, I have a passion for innovation and a willingness to try out new ideas to improve sales opportunities. I am not scared of a challenge and am always looking to take on more.
