I am driven by a desire to make improvements to IT systems.

As per your requirements I can set the overall strategy and work-plan for an IT team. I come to you with an extensive background in both information technology and leadership positions. In addition to this I am conversant in IT processes, procedures, and roles, meaning you can rely on me to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions on important issues.

In my current role I monitor the performance of the IT department employees, and make sure I give them adequate and regular feedback. I also represent the IT Delivery Team at various meetings and on project governance bodies. Through my career I have learnt how to improve business practices through existing and new systems, and how to spread consistent good practice across all departments.

On a personal level I have the ability to accept criticism as well as give it. Additionally, I possess superb communication skills which allow me to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of both internal and external people.

Right now, I am looking to join a progressive and growing business where I will be able to use my skills and experiences to support its ambitious growth plans.
