I see a number of parallels between your requirements and my own experiences, chief amongst these is my ability to direct staff in a way that achieves maximum workflow efficiency. My entire career has been based around successfully completing projects on time, within budget and to everyone’s satisfaction.
During my tenure at Dayjob Ltd, who are my present employers, I have been promoted three times and each time I have willingly accepted the responsibilities that came with each new promotion. In addition to this I have also been nominated as manager of the month on three separate occasions.
With my superb leadership skills, I can bring a lot of unique talent to the table, not least my ability to influence and stimulate others. Throughout my career I have achieved outstanding results in recruiting specialists, reducing costs, chairing client facing project meetings and developing achievable project plans. In the past year I have saved my present employer more than £500,000 by sourcing more cost effective suppliers.
I consider myself to be an ambitious candidate to who is eager to join an elite company that is rapidly expanding both nationally and internationally.
